Cookie Policy
How Pixetools uses cookies and similar technologies.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how Pixetools uses them, and how you can control them.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website.
2. How Pixetools Uses Cookies
2.1 Essential Storage
Pixetools is designed so the core image tools can run in your browser without requiring an account. Essential browser storage may be used only when needed for security, preferences, or basic site functionality. Today, the only item we store is your light/dark theme choice (key: pt-theme) in your browser’s local storage, and only if you use the theme switch.
2.2 Analytics
The current site build does not load Google Analytics. If we add an analytics service in the future, we will update this policy and request consent where required before using non-essential analytics storage.
2.3 Advertising Cookies
When Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to deliver and measure ads and, where permitted, personalize advertising.
3. Google Advertising
Google may use information from this site in accordance with its policies. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
You can manage Google ad personalization at Google My Ad Center.
4. Consent for EEA, UK and Switzerland
When consent is required for advertising technologies, Pixetools will present a consent message using a Google-certified consent management platform. Your available choices may include consent, refusal, or management of advertising purposes and vendors.
5. Browser Controls
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some storage may affect optional features, but the core image-processing tools are designed to work without an account.
6. Changes to This Policy
We will update this page when our use of cookies, analytics, advertising, or consent technologies changes.
