- Upload or process images you do not have the legal right to use.
- Process content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
- Use the Service to build a competing product.
3. Your Content
You retain all rights to the images you process with Pixetools.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and content are owned by Pixetools.
5. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of Liability
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $100.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Pixetools from claims arising from your use of the Service.

We are not responsible for third-party websites.
