How to report copyright infringement.

Pixetools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the DMCA, we will respond promptly to valid notices.

1. Filing a DMCA Notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent at ayman@pixetools.com including:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work.
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on our website.
  • Your contact information.
  • A good-faith statement.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury.

2. Our Response

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the material.
  • Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, submit a counter-notice to ayman@pixetools.com containing the required information under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

4. Repeat Infringers

Pixetools will terminate access to users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
